A 6-page membership website designed and built for "DoorKnock AI" — a curated library of tested AI prompts and automation workflows built specifically for real estate agents. Instead of agents starting from a blank ChatGPT prompt every time they need a listing description, follow-up email, or market report, DoorKnock AI gives them ready-to-use, tested prompts organized by category.
The site was designed around one core conversion challenge: making the value obvious before someone subscribes. A "locked content" preview strategy shows category titles and sample prompts, with full access reserved for members — creating genuine curiosity without giving everything away. A before/after comparison section proves the value immediately, showing a weak generic prompt next to a DoorKnock-optimized one.

What actually moved the needle wasn't chasing the score — it was going back through old proposals and noticing I was writing to sound impressive instead of answering the actual technical problem in the brief. Once I started solving the thing nobody explicitly asked but clearly needed, everything got sharper. The ranking followed, not the other way around.
