One thing I've been noticing more often is Agencies and Freelancers guaranteeing specific sales numbers.
"We'll get you to $100k/month."
"We'll achieve a 5x ROAS."
The reality is, no one can guarantee those outcomes.
Sales are influenced by many factors outside anyone's control. Market demand, competition, pricing, seasonality, inventory, Amazon algorithm changes, and rising advertising costs.
Even the best strategy can't control every variable.
What can be controlled is the quality of the work:
- Building the right strategy.
- Optimizing listings.
- Managing advertising efficiently.
- Monitoring data and making informed decisions.
- Continuously improving performance.
That's how I approach every Amazon account.
I never promise a specific sales figure because that wouldn't be honest. What I do promise is to use my experience, data, and proven strategies to give a brand the best possible opportunity to grow profitably.

Comfortable with a performance-based, commission-only structure (no base salary)

Here's the 5-point check I run for every client, every 30 days:
Reimbursement Report – unclaimed credits.
Stranded Inventory – unsellable stock.
FBA Fee Preview – dimension mismatches.
Return Reasons by SKU – fix the listing, cut returns.
Inventory Age Report – identify slow movers before they eat your margin.
Time required: 30–40 minutes. Tools: just your Seller Central login.
I've found anything from $200 to $2,000 doing this — on accounts that looked healthy from the dashboard. No new products. No additional ad spend. Just recovering what was already owed and stopping what was quietly draining.
The sellers who stick with this keep more of what they earn. It's that simple.
