I’m looking for a freelance talent engineer: a GTM or Clay builder who wants to apply signal-based workflows and AI agents to recruitment instead of sales. The first project is finding strong AI engineers in the Netherlands who don’t show up on LinkedIn, through papers, conference talks and what they build in public. We start with a small paid test project and grow from there.
Hi Dineke, this is a really interesting use of signal-based workflows. Finding engineers through papers, talks and what they ship is a much better filter than LinkedIn. I build agent workflows with n8n, Claude and APIs, and I’m in CET. Just applied and sending you a DM with my answers to your two questions.

I ran a session with my team on how to build a team of AI agents, and how to treat them so they actually deliver.
What we've seen running this setup on client work:
→ Agents running 24/7
→ 3B+ tokens in 6 days
→ A 2-week milestone done in 3 days
The 5 things I taught the team:
Treat agents like teammates, not software.
Give them a clear goal, the right context and tools they're comfortable with.
Tell them the goal, never the solution.
Let the agents propose the options. You make the call.
Talk to one agent, not ten.
A central PM agent takes the goal and coordinates the rest.
Solve today's problem.
Don't build the perfect agent on day one. Start small and let the team grow with the work.
Don't be the bottleneck.
Review at milestones, not every task.
For clients, this changes the pace. My job is understanding the problem and making the decisions. The agents handle the execution.

Hey I'm Katya, I'm an AI Systems Architect, marketer and yoga teacher.
I build AI systems that bring in business and handle the work behind it. A voice agent that calls new leads back within seconds and books the appointment. A pipeline that traced 16,900+ leads to the ads that brought them. Listing videos made from the photos a real estate agent already has.
The marketing side came first. I built the multi-channel campaign for Jay Shetty's launch (22 million followers). After that I discovered the tech world and when AI came along, I realized I'm a builder at heart and never looked back! Building is so much fun 🤍
