Doing everything yourself is not a badge of honor when it starts slowing the business down.
BENCH powered by Brownmine gives solo entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and small businesses practical AI support for the work that keeps piling up: social media, inboxes, operations, research, marketing, and fundraising.
Hire AI-driven agents for clear roles like an executive assistant, marketing manager, or operations support without taking on enterprise-scale overhead.
Less operational friction. More room to focus on the decisions, relationships, and ideas only you can lead.
What role would you hand off first?

I'm building a Chief of Staff system for an EdTech founder.
The goal isn't to add another AI chatbot, but to build a system that helps a founder manage organisational information and operations more effectively.
I'm currently working on a workflow connecting Google Drive, document processing, a structured source of truth, change tracking, and an AI reasoning layer.
The system is designed to help with:
→ Finding relevant information across documents.
→ Building and maintaining organisational context.
→ Tracking changes and keeping information organised.
→ Bringing relevant information together to support decisions.
The bigger idea is to move beyond isolated automations towards a system that understands how different parts of a business fit together.
It's still a work in progress. The real test isn't whether the workflow runs, but whether it reduces operational friction and helps the founder make better decisions.
For those building AI agents and automation systems: what would you prioritise first when building something like this—organisational memory, task execution, or decision support?

Memory first — and it's not close. Execution without organisational memory just automates the wrong things faster, and decision support built on stale context hands the founder confident answers drawn from old documents.
Most AI agent sites look the same: glowing brains, purple gradients, a chat box.
For Dockett, a fictional startup whose AI agents handle refunds, plan changes and missing invoices, I used tickets, labels, trays and stamps instead, and built the site around a toy-like 3D sorting machine.
Risky requests stop at an approval gate until a person says yes.

Tickets and stamps instead of purple gradients is a refreshing take for an AI site.
Northbound🚀: Studio Autopilot
An AI-powered client pipeline for creative studios, wrapped in a hand-built 3D world. A brief comes in, gets scored and routed, becomes a priced proposal, is accepted online and turns into a running project, with no one chasing emails.
Every studio knows the feeling: a new brief lands and the clock starts. Then come hours of reading, qualifying, writing proposals, chasing replies and setting up the project. Northbound turns that whole journey into one automated flow, so a small studio can respond like a big one.
The problem: Creative studios lose their best hours to admin. Strong leads wait days for a proposal, weak ones eat the same time as good ones, and follow-ups slip through the cracks. The work that wins clients is the work nobody has time for.
The solution:
- AI brief scoring and routing. Every brief is read for budget, timeline, goals and fit, then routed one of three ways: fast track, a quick human review, or an honest, helpful decline with pointers.
- Tailored proposals in about a minute. Strong fits get a scoped proposal with workstreams, a realistic timeline and three priced packages.
- Online acceptance and kickoff booking. Clients pick a package, accept online and book their kickoff call on the spot.
- A project that runs itself. Milestones are planned on acceptance, and follow-ups and reminders go out automatically.
- A morning digest. Every day at 08:00 the studio owner gets a summary of new briefs, proposals awaiting review, clients who haven’t replied, and what’s due.
- An owner dashboard showing pipeline, win rate and hours saved, plus a review queue to approve held proposals in one click.
- A live demo console where anyone can send a sample brief through the real pipeline and watch each step happen.
Seeing how much work went into this, I want to know how long it took you to build.
