Need help with state interaction in Spline Hana
While refining my credit card discovery concept in Spline Hana, I ran into an interesting interaction challenge
By default, the screen shows “Hover to explore” a subtle affordance.
The moment you hover a card, that text disappears and the card reveals its identity- Travel-first, Fashion rewards, etc.
The idea is simple.
But transitioning between:
Idle → Card hover → Back to idle
creates a small flicker, attached video for better understanding.
I’m trying to structure it so:
• Card identity always takes priority
• The helper disappears instantly on interaction
• It returns only when truly idle
• Everything feels seamless
Would love any thoughts or approaches you’ve used for handling layered hover states in Hana.
