Meet Mia, a solo bridal hair & makeup artist in Birmingham. A simple “Are you available?” enquiry can mean collecting wedding details, checking whether the morning is actually workable, planning timings, pricing services, preparing a quote, chasing a deposit and confirming the booking.

I built LUNA Bridal Studio to turn that back-and-forth into one seamless journey.

LUNA collects the bride’s details, works backwards from her ceremony time to build a realistic wedding-morning schedule, generates a personalised proposal and deposit, and takes her from enquiry to confirmed booking.

It also understands when a booking doesn’t work — for example, if the bridal party would require Mia to start before 5:30am — and flags it for adjustment or human review instead of blindly accepting it.

On Mia’s side, the Owner Demo shows how confirmations, follow-ups, trial reminders and scheduling can be handled automatically, so she only steps in when she’s actually needed.

🐾 From “Can I book with you?” to “You’re booked.”

For the #lovablechallenge, I built Paw & Co. Mobile Grooming, a fictional solo mobile pet-grooming business in Austin, Texas.

The problem: when you're a solo business owner, managing bookings through DMs and texts can mean constant back-and-forth just to check availability, collect pet details, confirm appointments, and handle follow-ups.

So I built a simpler booking experience where customers can:

→ Choose a service → Add their pet’s details → Pick an available time → Confirm their appointment

And on the owner side, bookings and follow-up are brought into one place.

The goal was simple: reduce the manual work behind every booking while making the experience easier for the customer.
