Lately, with the help of AI, I've been developing an app. Simple but involves connecting to a physical device, but it's my first foray into developing a product from scratch. Hopefully, it'll be available in the IOS App Store this week. This brings me a few questions: am I a builder that creates software or am I a director that uses a tool to create something? I've been always the type of person that tinkers with lots of tools, so I am used to dive deep into new workflows or software, but I feel that I am stealing something. What are your thoughts on this? Team Builder or Team Director? Or do you consider a Product Engineer?
