Here are 2 templates I recently made in capcut.
I used AI video with a simple prompt with dialogue to create the news broadcast anchor using ai video maker. Then import the ai video generated to a new project > add a UGC image as an overlay to create the prank meme effect. (I did add some keyframes to the UK news prank template)
