Managed detailed bank reconciliation processes in QuickBooks Online by matching bank transactions with accounting records, identifying discrepancies, reviewing outstanding items, and ensuring accurate account balances. Maintained clean financial records and helped prepare books for reliable financial reporting and month-end close.
I built Cedar & Chrome Mobile Detailing, a fictional solo detailing business in Austin, for the @Lovable challenge.
The problem wasn't just putting a calendar online.
For a mobile service owner, an empty slot isn't necessarily a bookable slot.
Job length changes with the vehicle and its condition. The owner also has to account for drive time, existing appointments, working hours, access constraints, and jobs that genuinely need human judgment.
So Cedar & Chrome qualifies the job first, then only shows appointment times the owner can realistically keep.
A standard customer can go from:
“Can I book?” → “You're booked.”
with zero owner approval.
Long jobs never get impossible late slots.
Severe or unusual jobs are escalated for review instead of being automatically guessed.
Customers can also reschedule themselves through a private link while still respecting the same scheduling rules.
