FinSense - AI-Powered NPA Prevention Platform for Banking
AI-powered, post-disbursement loan health monitoring system built for SBI-scale banking use cases. Continuously monitors borrower financial behavior after loan disbursement, scores risk on a 0–100 scale across 4 tiers using XGBoost with SHAP-based explainability, and deploys a conversational AI agent to proactively engage at-risk borrowers 60–90 days before default — instead of only scoring creditworthiness at application time like traditional systems.
Built the FastAPI backend (loan, risk, agent, and dashboard routers), automated risk re-scoring via Celery + Redis, and real-time dashboard updates via WebSockets, with a React + Tailwind frontend for officer-facing risk visualization.

The challenge:
Development decisions are usually based on estimates, not real ground data — and by the time issues show up, it’s often too late to reverse them. The interface needed to make complex sensor/AI data feel immediate and trustworthy, without losing emotional weight.
The solution:
Raw, organic photography (wildflowers, grass, natural terrain) paired with clean glass-panel data cards — creating a visual tension between “nature” and “precision engineering.” Bold editorial typography carries the emotional message, while translucent metric cards surface real numbers: soil stability, canopy loss %, water table depth.
A strong example of turning dense environmental data into something a non-technical stakeholder can understand in seconds.

AI-native mini CRM backend for reaching D2C shoppers. Two FastAPI services that share nothing at runtime and communicate over HTTP only:
crm_api/ is the main CRM: ingest, segments, campaigns, AI endpoints, and the receipt callback API.
channel_service/ is a stubbed messaging channel: it simulates delivery outcomes and calls back into the CRM receipt API.
The product bet is explainable AI: every AI output ships with the reasoning that produced it, so a human can verify the decision before acting on it.
