Created a change control tracker to manage RFIs, RFCs, and CCOs across multiple projects. The tool tracks estimated and actual costs, T&M and lump-sum work, required dates, aging, schedule impact, approvals, and final CCO sign-off. It also demonstrates how acknowledged RFIs and RFCs can be bundled into project-specific CCOs for final change authorization.
