BTS vs how it turned out for an explainer video I did last year. It was my first time trying something out in 3D for a client project!
Not going to lie, I was quite anxious about how I was going to pull it off. But being thrown into something I hadn’t done before forced me to learn, experiment, and figure things out along the way. And in the end, it all came together really well! :)

Most motion designers write scripts that sound good.
Then they try to animate them.
That’s backwards.
I write scripts for the animation first — and it completely changes how the video comes together.

5/5 — End with the outcome
Don’t finish by repeating the features.
Show me what changes for the user.
Problem → Solution → Feature → Outcome → CTA
Then ask:
“Can I actually animate this?”
If not, the script isn’t finished.
Finally dropping this case study.
