Rebuilding the moment an inbound inquiry turns into a confirmed booking for MEND Appliance Care, a local repair shop in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
The Problem Solved: Replaced 2.5 hours of daily owner phone-tag, vague fault descriptions, wrong van parts, and customer no-shows with an instant AI-powered diagnostic intake, fixed upfront pricing, deposit collection, and auto-generated dispatch scheduling.
Key Features Built in Lovable:
• Multi-Modal Intake: Customers describe the issue using text, photos, model numbers, or video.
• Instant AI Diagnosis & Transparent Pricing: Autodetects fault & exact part (e.g., Bosch Serie 6 drum shock absorbers) with clear labor/part cost breakdowns.
• Flexible Resolution Paths: Home Repair, Workshop Drop-Off, DIY Part Purchase, or local stockist routing (Toolstation/Screwfix).
• Owner Safety Net & Dispatch Dashboard: Real-time job calendar, "Ask Maya" human-in-the-loop review queue, and 1-click customer comms.

The "Ask Maya" human-in-the-loop queue is one of those details that separates a clever demo from something you can actually ship to a real business. Most AI intake flows skip this — they either automate everything and break on edge cases, or hand off to a human and defeat the...
The model was the easy part.
A client's hiring volume kept climbing. Their recruiting team didn't. Every new role meant more resumes than anyone could read, and good candidates went cold while they waited.
They didn't need a smarter model. They needed a pipeline. So that's what we built.
→ Sourcing from LinkedIn, Indeed and their own candidate database in one place
→ Real-time resume scoring against each role
→ Twilio SMS and voice outreach to the top matches
→ A live ranked dashboard recruiters open every morning
Time to shortlist went from 5 days to 6 hours. 800+ candidates scored every week. Zero new recruiters hired.
Same lesson as CasePath. The AI only pays off when it's wired into the workflow people already use, and when they can see why it ranked someone first.
If one repetitive workflow is eating your team's week, that's usually where an AI agent earns its keep first.
Seeing the live ranked dashboard cut shortlist time to hours is exactly the kind of friction removal that lets recruiters stay in the flow.
Built a complete website + automation workflow designed to turn business data into a streamlined outreach system.
The process starts with lead generation and data collection, then analyzes each business to identify opportunities for a better online presence. From there, the system organizes the leads, prepares personalized outreach, and sends my portfolio directly to potential clients.
The dashboard keeps everything in one place — leads, website analysis, outreach, follow-ups, campaign progress, and results.
The goal was simple: reduce repetitive work, automate the workflow, and make client outreach faster and more organized.
Built as a personal automation project and optimized around real-world business outreach.
