Built an API-driven workflow that collects structured data, validates and transforms it, and delivers reliable business outputs with minimal manual handling. The solution was designed to connect services efficiently, reduce repetitive work, improve data consistency, and produce dependable client-ready results.

Problem: Apps need a secure, organized backend to handle users, orders, products and AI features.
Solution: Built a centralized API Gateway (BFF) in n8n Cloud. One webhook handles validation, API key security and rate limiting, then routes to sub-workflows: Users (register/login), Orders (stock check, totals, status), Products (search), and AI (OpenAI chat, recommendations, review summaries). Supabase is the database.
Tools: n8n, Supabase, OpenAI API, Webhooks

I'd test authorization separately for each sub-workflow, especially Orders. Does the gateway pass a verified user identity through, or does the Orders workflow check that the caller can access each order?
I designed an automated Navision → n8n → Odoo → Peppol workflow. Navision generates a daily Excel export, which n8n automatically retrieves, parses, validates, and maps before using the Odoo API to create customer invoices with their corresponding invoice lines.
The workflow also includes error handling, logging, validation, secure API authentication, scheduling, and failure notifications. Once invoices are created in Odoo, its standard Peppol functionality handles electronic delivery to B2B customers.
The solution reduced manual invoice processing, created a more transparent and traceable workflow, and provided a scalable foundation for the company's transition from Navision to Odoo. It also prepared the invoicing process for Peppol e-invoicing while keeping Navision as the primary accounting system during the transition.
I'd want a reconciliation check between each daily Excel export and the invoices Odoo actually created. If one row fails after the others succeed, does the next run resume just that row?
Taskflow Dashboard
Introducing Taskflow — a smarter way to stay on top of work. 🟣
Managing multiple tasks across a business can quickly become overwhelming. From design and development to marketing, research, project management, and operations, teams often deal with scattered tasks, unclear priorities, missed deadlines, and difficulty knowing what has actually been completed.
That’s the problem I wanted to solve with Taskflow.
I designed Taskflow as a centralized task-management dashboard where users can organize projects, track tasks, monitor progress, manage schedules, and understand their productivity at a glance.
🎯 The problem I solved
The challenge was creating a dashboard that could show a lot of information without making the user feel overwhelmed.
So I focused on:
📌 Clear task organization and prioritization
📊 At-a-glance progress and productivity statistics
🗓️ Calendar and schedule visibility
📁 Project-based task management
⏱️ Time tracking and task completion
🔎 A simple navigation structure for quick access
The goal was simple: turn scattered work into a clear, manageable workflow.
Taskflow is a concept, but the design approach is rooted in a real product-design question: How can we help people spend less time managing their work and more time actually doing it?

Nice focus on "what's actually been completed". That's the question most task tools fail to answer. From building a multi-module CRM and support workspace (Knit), I'd say time tracking is where design meets the hardest engineering: a timer left running in one tab or on a phone,...
