Just finished another big project with Tripscout and Visit Arizona. It was an incredible experience. I put everything I had and learned so much from it. I'm really grateful that I get to work with these travel companies.

It has been an exciting few months! A good mix of industries in this one, from an arcade and a mini golf hire company to car inspections and hospitality.
Excited to see what the rest of the year brings!
I should try adding blur also when slide goes back or a 0.1 delay in upcoming one,
the mid transition phase is bothering me

❌ The Problem
🔴Too much back-and-forth between customers and travel teams
🔴Customers need to ask about available tours, dates, pricing, seats, etc.
🔴Fixed tours don't always fit everyone's schedule
🔴Manual booking and follow-ups create unnecessary work for the travel team
🔴Managing Self Tour requests, quotes, bookings and tour groups separately can become difficult
☑️ The Solution
👉 For Travelers
🟣Fixed Tour — Book a predefined tour with fixed date, duration and pricing
🟣Self Tour — Choose a destination and your own travel dates
🟣Custom Quote — Self Tours receive a custom quote instead of a fake fixed price
🟣Short, focused booking flow with clear information at every step
👉 For Admins
🟣Centralized Admin Dashboard to manage the entire booking operation
🟣Manage Tours, Bookings, Customers, Guides and Seats
🟣Review and manage Self Tour Requests
🟣Create and manage Custom Quotes
🟣Track upcoming tours and available seats
🟣Manage WhatsApp Groups connected to each tour
🟣See Needs Your Attention items to reduce manual follow-up
👉 Booking Flow
🪜 Home → Select Tour → Details → Confirmation
Home: Hero section + recent ongoing tours
🟣Step 1: Select Fixed Tour or Self Tour
🟣Step 1 UX: Selecting a tour reveals more details without leaving the page
🟣Step 2: Short booking form with selected tour information
🟣Step 3: Booking confirmation with Booking ID, tour details, pickup location and guide contact
Users can go back to Step 1 if they want to change their tour
👉 Admin Flow
🟣Dashboard → Request/Booking → Review → Quote → Confirm
🟣Quickly identify new bookings and Self Tour requests
🟣Review customer and trip information in one place
🟣Create custom quotes for Self Tours
🟣Manage tour availability, seats and guides
🟣Connect WhatsApp groups with specific tours
🟣Keep upcoming tours and bookings organized
👉 Key UX Focus
🟣Shorter booking flow
🟣Less repetitive information
🟣Clear tour details before booking
🟣Flexible travel dates
🟣Clear distinction between Fixed Tours and Self Tours
🟣Centralized admin operations
🟣Less manual follow-up
🟣Responsive experience across devices
🥅 Goal: Turn a simple travel inquiry into a clear booking/request while helping the tour operator manage everything with less manual effort.
