I worked on both the front end and back end of GitStart’s platform, which connects developers worldwide to work for U.S. startups. I built integrations with all the major task-management tools, saving 120+ developers about 4 hours a week. I also added PR lifecycle management across 20+ live code repositories, which improved the team’s delivery speed and reliability (DORA metrics). I was promoted to team lead 2x faster than standard.
