Hey I run an agency and I'm looking for a video editor to work with me on an ongoing basis — both Shorts and long-form.

Couple of must-haves: you need to be fluent in English and Danish, and your editing style should lean Hormozi — punchy, fast, clean captions, built to keep people watching. I'm after someone with solid experience who actually gets what makes content perform, not just someone who can throw clips together.

Pay starts at $10–12 per Short, with real room to grow as we bring on bigger clients. Long-form we can figure out depending on the project. If you're good and easy to work with, there's steady ongoing work here.
