Before: JV Bakery had a basic website with its menu, locations, FAQs, and no online ordering.
After: My updated, mobile-responsive website features online ordering, a loyalty program, and an AI chatbot.
The AI chatbot helps answer FAQs, provides gluten-free and vegan recommendations, improves customer support, and saves the business owner time by reducing repetitive questions.
