Bookkeeper: CRA Compliance & S/H Loan Cleanup Specialist. Expertise in Wave Apps & CRA compliance.
PHASE 1
(1) (FIXED-PRICE CLEANUP): Multi-year cleanup (2022-2025) of ~300 transactions across multiple bank accounts. Bank statements (PDF/CSV) available. CRITICAL FOCUS: S/H Loan reconciliation & CRA compliance (ITA 15)
(2) (Deemed Dividends). Ensure correct GST/HST (ITC) coding. Deliverables: Clean IS/BS/GL Export for QuickBooks accountant.
PHASE 2 (RETAINER): Ongoing maintenance (~30 transactions/mo).
REQUIRED SKILLS: Wave Apps. Advanced Reconciliation, CRA Tax Knowledge. Fluent English.
COMPENSATION & APPLICATION: proposal must answer:
- If S/H Loan debit is not repaid by year-end + 1 year, what is main CRA risk, & how mitigated?
Quote Phase 1: Fixed Price (CAD)
Quote Phase 2: Hour Rate/Monthly Retainer for maintenance.
