Tried a more expressive approach to this hero instead of sticking with the usual headline-and-image layout.
The italic serif on "decisions" against the clean sans headline gives the hero one clear focal word, and the silk wave adds depth without hurting readability. Is the wave a looping video or a 3D scene?
