Does anyone know where I can find a reliable SEO to work freelance (fixed retainer for 5 hours a week i.e. 20 hours a month) and work mainly on backlink outreach and acquisition & technical blog copy (human-written). It's for one of my SaaS clients (AI tech space). I've been running their retainer solo until now, but it's time to scale.
