found out my 9am emails were landing at 5am in arizona. the campaign was on my clock, not theirs.
now the business's zip decides the time. same 9:00, sent in waves as each city wakes up.
does anyone else send on the lead's clock?
Yes, and it made a bigger difference than any subject line test I ran. One thing to watch is companies whose HQ zip isn't where the owner actually sits, which happens a lot with remote founders. I'll fall back to the timezone on their contact page when it's listed.

set up 3 domains properly. spf, dkim, dmarc all passing, spam score fine. then i ran a placement test before sending more
40 test inboxes got it. 11 inbox, 10 promotions, 19 spam
every outlook, yahoo and aol address put it in spam. every one. gmail was the only place it landed
so now i only email people whose address runs on google. i check it before they even get on the list. 0 bounces in the last 446 sends
your setup can be perfect and still not matter. anyone else seeing outlook bury new domains?
