Sometimes AI can quietly improve a workflow by summarizing information, organizing data, drafting first versions, checking mistakes, or helping users find what they need faster.

3. Is this task repeated often enough that automating it actually saves real hours?
4. If a new hire followed my current process exactly, would it work?
If you answered no to any of those — that's not an automation problem.
That's a clarity problem.
Fix the process first. Automate second.
The businesses winning with AI right now aren't the ones with the most tools.
They're the ones who were already organized before they added AI.
