I designed and built SYNAPZ Network Stability, a full-stack connectivity-intelligence platform for diagnosing intermittent internet, Wi-Fi and voice-call problems.
The system continuously measures latency, jitter, packet loss, gateway responsiveness and connection interruptions, then converts the evidence into plain-language diagnoses, incident timelines and downloadable technical reports.
It includes secure user accounts, private device pairing, a Windows telemetry agent, mobile browser testing, offline buffering, user-scoped data isolation, privacy controls and evidence-led reporting.
The product is being expanded into dedicated experiences for home users, gamers, remote workers, businesses and managed IT providers.
Strong product concept. With a technical platform like this, making the value clear quickly while keeping the user experience simple is a really interesting UX challenge. Curious to see how you evolve the onboarding and first-time user experience.
