Getting a moving quote shouldn't require a stranger walking through your bedroom. And the mover shouldn't spend his evenings doing it.

You know the drill: you message three movers, one replies, he needs to "come see the flat first," you take an afternoon off, and three days later you get a price. Meanwhile, Toni, the owner, is driving across Barcelona every evening to count wardrobes, and half the people he quotes never book. Then there's the permit for the van, the reminders, the reschedules, and the customer who isn't packed when the crew shows up.

So I built Mudances La Formiga, a small moving company in Sants, Barcelona. "La Formiga" means the ant, the little one that carries way more than its own weight. The problem I wanted to solve: give customers a real price in minutes, and let Toni book moves without a single visit or phone call.

Customers tap their furniture, tell us the floors (4th floor without a lift? A Barcelona classic, it's already in the price), and get a fixed price instantly. They pick an open date, pay a deposit, and they're booked. Changing dates, confirming they're packed and the van's parking permit all happen on their own, and Formigueta, our little ant, answers questions in the form of a chatbot.

Toni gets his moves lined up, permits tracked and reminders sent, without picking up the phone.
