Not every website needs a redesign. Sometimes it needs a different priority.
When a website isn't performing as expected, redesigning everything can feel like the obvious solution.
New colours.
New fonts.
New images.
A completely different layout.
But before changing all of that, I'd want to know a few things.
Are visitors finding the right page?
Can they understand the service without having to contact you for basic information?
Is the booking or inquiry process straightforward?
Does the website reflect the business as it operates today, or the business it was when the site was first built?
Those answers matter because a visually outdated website and a website that struggles to guide visitors are two different problems.
One might need a visual refresh.
The other might need better structure, clearer content, or a simpler user journey.
I would rather identify what needs fixing before recommending what needs rebuilding.
That saves unnecessary work and gives the business a clearer direction.
