Dark Mode Isn’t a Style Choice. It’s a Comfort Upgrade People choose dark mode because it reduces visual fatigue (especially at night), feels easier on the eyes in low-light environments, can improve focus by lowering screen glare, and for many screens, it can even help battery life. Plus, it simply looks cleaner and more “calm” to a lot of users. Any thoughts?
