Spreadsheet formula QA tip: test the totals before fixing individual cells. For a synthetic monthly-sales sheet, I use three controls: recalculate totals from raw rows; compare each formula range with neighboring rows; and flag hard-coded numbers inside formula columns. If the control total changes unexpectedly, the repair is not finished—a workbook can look correct and still be logically wrong.
