Designed the automation builder for an AI CRM I’ve been working on.
The goal was to make it readable at a glance. Every block shows what it actually does in plain language, like “Client renewal date is within 30 days,” so you can understand the whole flow without clicking into anything. Blocks on the right are grouped into triggers, conditions and actions, and everything stays a draft until you publish.
