Voted Pearl Light, and I know dark is the obvious pick for detail-heavy work. My argument: dense tables with colored status rows hold up better on light, and the radiology desk is not the only user. Ship light as the default, keep dark as a toggle for reading rooms. Defaults decide what most people ever see.
