Hi everyone! Here I’m sharing my showreel featuring animation, motion graphics, explainer videos, and 2D art in general. I had always wanted to create a visual piece using Mozart’s Dies Irae as the soundtrack, but never had the chance—so I decided to do it with my own reel. It contrasts the epic, apocalyptic drama of the music with the innocent, cartoony visual style of my work.

Which animation would you choose?

Putting together a Case Study sometimes involves making some really tough decisions... what to include, what to leave out, what to highlight, and even what to scrap entirely.

I created two different animations that display the same information, so the client could decide which one they thought was best.

I know you don’t have the full context, but I’m confident your keen eye will pick the right option.
