When someone submits a Tally form, N8N captures the data instantly, flattens it into clean structured fields, and sends it to GPT for AI analysis. GPT scores the lead from 0 to 100, assigns a priority level of High, Medium or Low, identifies their intent, writes a summary for the sales team, and recommends the next action — all automatically. Every enriched lead logs to Google Sheets with full AI output visible. The lead receives a personalised welcome email within seconds.
Result: What normally takes a sales rep 15 minutes per lead happens in under 10 seconds for every single submission.

This is my AI Customer Support and Lead Generation Agent, built with n8n.
The workflow starts when a customer sends a message. The AI Agent understands the customer's request and responds automatically.
It also uses conversation memory to maintain context during the conversation.
When a customer wants to place an order, the agent collects important details such as their name, phone number, email, service, quantity, and requirements.
Finally, the customer's information is automatically saved into Google Sheets as a new lead.
This automation helps businesses handle customer inquiries and organize leads without manual work.

Integrations hub — searchable library of one-click connections (Calendar, Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
Analytics dashboard — automations run, hours saved, and conversion rate at a glance
Result: A chat-first flow that felt far less intimidating than traditional automation builders in user testing, driving most new automations created.
