I Built Untangled, an onboarding desk for small design and development studios.
The problem is not writing a follow up. It is noticing that someone stopped replying, before the client does. Studios run this on a mix of notes, a spreadsheet and memory, and the thing that slips is usually the quiet one.
Untangled turns a new client or hire into a branded kickoff kit with dated follow ups. You set a wait window per engagement, three days for a client and two for a hire by default. Every person then carries their own clock from the day their message was sent. Anyone past their window with no reply is promoted to overdue, with the arithmetic written down: sent date, window length, days past.
The desk is built around that subtraction. A board of who needs a decision today. An engagement page with the scope, the people, the window controls and an evidence log where every promotion records why it happened. A kickoff kit a client can open from a link without an account.
Built on Base44 with its database, auth and hosting. Everything labelled sample data really is sample data. A signed in studio sees only its own records.

I tested it on my own calendar: the meetings moved, the notes landed, and undo put everything back.
The design is a "Signal Room": one glowing red cord on an LED wall. It works on your phone, one-handed, from bed.

I love the Automated replies from the bot
Pulen is a take-a-number app for a roti mochi bakery in Bandung. The bakery is fictional, the problem is real: the line starts at 6:40, people wait 45 minutes, and the cheese one sells out before nine.
You fill a box from home and pay, and your number only exists once the card clears, so nobody can hold buns with a fake order. Your paper ticket follows the oven and tells you when to start walking. In the kitchen, every tray of 36 is planned from paid boxes first. Unpaid holds, missed boxes, sold-out flavours and the owner's closing summary with an AI suggestion all run on their own.

I'd test the last cheese bun with two payments completing at once. Does Pulen reserve stock during checkout and release it on expiry, or allocate only after payment with a refund path if that flavour has sold out?
