I’ve been working with DevOps tools to make development and deployment workflows more reliable.
I use things like Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, manage environments, and keep projects running smoothly.
What I like most is how much of the repetitive deployment work can be automated once everything is connected properly.

A system I designed for local service businesses that consistently lose out on Google reviews. Full build in progress
Automated Review Requests for Local Service Businesses
The Problem:
Google reviews are one of the strongest signals for local search ranking, this is well established across HVAC companies, cleaning services, salons, contractors, and landscaping businesses. Every owner in this space knows reviews matter. Very few of them ask for one consistently.
The reason isn't a lack of care, it's a lack of a system. Asking every customer, right after every job, every single time, is a small task with no natural trigger behind it. It depends entirely on someone remembering in the moment, usually right when the business is busiest and least likely to remember. The result is a steady stream of satisfied customers who were never actually asked, and a review count that grows far slower than it should.
The Solution👍
I designed a system that removes the dependency on memory entirely, so a review request goes out every time, without anyone having to think about it.
The moment a job is marked complete in the CRM, the system picks it up automatically. It waits a short period first, so the request doesn't feel rushed or robotic, the customer gets a little time to settle in before being asked. Then it sends a review request by SMS or email.
From there, the system tracks what happens next. If the customer clicks through and leaves a review, that's logged as a win and the process ends there, no further messages, no risk of annoying someone who already did what was asked. If there's no response after a few days, the system sends exactly one follow-up, never more than that, since a second or third nudge tends to do more harm than good. Whatever the outcome, sent, clicked, or reviewed, it's recorded in a tracking sheet, so the business owner always has a clear, accurate picture of where every customer stands.
The result is simple: every completed job gets a consistent, well-timed ask, with no manual list to maintain and no customer slipping through the cracks.
What's Next
The full workflow build, including the architecture and the tools behind it, is going up in the next few days.
That email trigger right after a job finishes should cut out the manual reminder step and keep reviews coming in.
I built MessyAPI to help developers clean, validate, and transform data without rebuilding the same utilities for every project.

Hi Mike, do you also have paid CSV test-data or validation QA tasks around MessyAPI, alongside referral partnerships? I'm offering small AI-assisted CSV cleanup jobs and could propose a scoped paid pilot with input cases, expected outputs and edge-case checks. I would review the...
Your Team Doesn’t Need More Leads. It Needs a Better System to Handle Them.
How many potential clients are being lost because someone has to manually find prospects, research companies, qualify leads, update the CRM, write outreach messages, follow up, and track responses?
The expensive part isn’t just the time.
It’s the qualified lead that never gets contacted, the follow-up that gets forgotten, and the hours your team spends doing repetitive work instead of closing opportunities.
That’s exactly what this AI Lead Generation Agent built with n8n is designed to solve.
It can turn a repetitive lead-generation process into an automated workflow:
Find Leads → Research & Enrich → AI Qualify → Score → Save to CRM → Generate Personalized Outreach → Human Approval → Send → Track → Notify → Report
Instead of treating every prospect the same, the AI can analyze available lead information against your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), organize and score prospects, and help prioritize the opportunities worth your team’s attention.
For outreach, it can use available business context to prepare personalized messages instead of sending the same generic pitch to everyone.
And when human judgment matters? Keep it.
Add an approval step so your team can Approve, Edit, or Reject an AI-generated message before anything is sent.
The result is simple: less repetitive research, faster lead handling, organized CRM data, more consistent follow-ups, and more time for your team to actually sell.
This workflow can be customized for B2B companies, SaaS businesses, agencies, real estate, recruitment, consulting, e-commerce, local businesses, service businesses, startups, and other sales teams.
Already have a lead-generation process? → Send me your current workflow, and I’ll show you where AI automation can remove the repetitive steps.
Still generating and managing leads manually? → Tell me your business and ideal customer, and I’ll help map out an AI lead-generation workflow around your process.

Seeing the AI qualify and score leads before they hit the CRM really cuts the noise and lets the team focus on the real opportunities.
