EUGO — Custom Tailoring & Fashion Management Platform
EUGO is a cross-platform mobile application designed to bridge the gap between bespoke tailors and clients. It streamlines custom clothing orders, client measurements, pricing, and fulfillment workflows while ensuring high performance and reliable data synchronization across devices.
Key Features & Technical Architecture
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Distinct workflow interfaces and permissions for tailors (business view for order tracking, pricing, and client measurement logs) and clients (user view for catalog exploration and order status updates).
Order & Measurement Management: Integrated UI for tracking job progress, custom garment specifications (e.g., Chest, Shoulder, Neck, Sleeve measurements), custom client notes, order balances, and delivery dates.
Offline-First Synchronization: Local caching mechanics allow tailors to access order records and log updates without an active connection, automatically queueing edits to sync seamlessly when connectivity is restored.
Race Condition & Conflict Resolution: Robust state management logic engineered to handle concurrent multi-user edits, ensuring data integrity when multiple parties update shared order statuses simultaneously.
Real-Time Push Notifications: Instant updates triggered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to keep users informed on order status shifts, payment balance tracking, and delivery updates.
