I worked with an ecommerce brand to create a complete email marketing and automation system using Klaviyo. The goal was to improve customer engagement, increase conversions, and build a more professional brand communication experience.
The project included email campaign design, automation flow setup, audience segmentation, newsletter creation, and performance optimization. I designed clean, modern, and conversion-focused email templates tailored to the brand’s identity and customer journey.
I also created automated welcome flows, promotional campaigns, and abandoned cart emails to help improve customer retention and drive more sales. The final result delivered stronger engagement, improved click-through performance, and a more consistent email marketing experience for the brand.
