Alcreo Systems: Seasonal Maintenance Email (GoHighLevel)
I designed and built a fall maintenance email for Alcreo Systems, a heating and home systems company. It's personalized with the customer's first name and gives 5 simple tips to keep their home warm and efficient, which keeps the brand useful to customers and top of mind before the cold season.
It's set up as a reusable template, so the team can send seasonal emails in the same style anytime.
Great example of useful email content. The reusable template is a nice touch too.
Thanks! Making it reusable was the goal, so the team can send the next season's email without starting from scratch.

I subscribed to OLIPOP's email list and noticed something: in dark mode, black gaps opened up between every section of their emails. It wasn't a one-off, it was a structural build problem that showed up in every send.
So I documented it as a cold audit, then redesigned their welcome email to fix it. Every section background is explicitly declared, the flavour cards are consistent, and the brand voice stays intact.
Full case study is up on my profile; Check it out
I'm also open to new projects. I design conversion-focused email campaigns and flows for DTC brands, including welcome flows, launches, flash sales, cart recovery, and dark mode audits. If your emails need a fresh look, or you're not sure how they render in dark mode, send me a message.
what are your autumn goals?
this little animation isn't very seasonal but i really enjoyed making it in Photoshop (I'll put a process video in the comments). i'm a month away from travelling the world, and focussing on fun, peaceful projects this season!
i'm naturally a workaholic, so any tips for detaching whilst travelling would be very much appreciated. i also want to see something fun you've been working on recently! 🌸

the backgrounds are cutout from a CMYK print test sheet, and the flower video is from envato.
made in Photoshop with lots of cutting out and lovely paper textures:
I built QwikClean, a cleaning service platform in Nigeria that streamlines booking management and customer notifications. Recognising that people often ignore emails, I focused on engaging them through popular social media channels.
Key Features:
Real-time Alerts: A dedicated Telegram bot provides instant booking updates to the business owner.
Availability Scheduling: Live calendar management prevents double-booking by automatically marking reserved dates.
Customer Reminders & Self-Service: Automated notifications are sent 24 and 2 hours before appointments, allowing customers to cancel or reschedule via Telegram (with applicable fees) and set alerts.
Available Now: Telegram and Email
Coming Soon: WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and SMS
