While building InvoiceKit, I used one invoice as a vertical slice across dashboard totals, list status, and detailed line items. That is a useful scoping pattern for business apps: choose one central object, define every place it appears, and verify its identity and values at each transition. It exposes navigation, data, and state problems earlier than building several disconnected screens—and gives stakeholders a demo they can follow from summary to detail.
