Meet Brick & Blend. We built it in under 5 days with @Base44 for the #base44challenge.
This was our first time using Base44. We weren't sure at first. We've seen a lot of AI builders make websites that work, but all look the same. So we asked ourselves: can it build something that doesn't look like a template?
We decided to make it hard on purpose. A bold brand, an unusual layout, motion everywhere, and a site that works on every screen, from a big desktop to a small phone. If Base44 could handle that, it could handle anything.
It did. And we were surprised by how fast it went.
Brick & Blend is a fully automated booking system for busy restaurants:
Guests choose the date, the time, and even the table they want.
They get a confirmation email right away.
They can look at the menu before they come, so they already know what they want.
The restaurant gets fewer phone calls and no missed bookings. Guests spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the night. Everything, from the booking flow to the emails, runs on Base44.
Five days ago, this was just a design concept. We built the whole thing from scratch, and today it's a live product you can try.

Really impressive work! Turning an idea into a fully functional experience in such a short time is not easy. The attention to detail, motion, and overall experience really stand out. 👏

Thanks!
I checked out the website. honestly, I just wanted to reserve my table right away! I love the vibrant atmosphere of it and all the fun process for making the reservation. well done😍💯
good luck!

Really impressive work! 🔥 Love how you pushed beyond the typical AI-generated look and created something with its own identity. Hard to believe this was built in just 5 days. Great job! 👏

Great balance between bold visual design and usability. The attention to detail really makes this experience stand out. Well done, team!
Thank you Ramin! 😎🙌
This is what a truly creative team looks like! 🔥👏
The visual identity, attention to detail, and overall execution are seriously impressive. What stands out even more is how you've embraced AI without compromising on creativity, originality, or character.
A beautiful example of...
Thank you for your nice feedback! We truly believe AI and creativity can go hand in hand! Appreciate your support! ❤️
This is seriously impressive! 🔥 The design, attention to detail, and overall experience are outstanding. Hard to believe something this polished and functional was built in just five days. Amazing work!
Thanks for the nice feedback! Happy you enjoyed it.🙌
Really cool to see AI being pushed beyond the usual template-looking websites. Love the visual direction, and building all this in just 5 days is crazy 🔥 😝
Agree! Thanks for the nice comment! 🙏
Making it hard on purpose was the right test. Bold brand plus an unusual layout is exactly where most AI builders fall back to template mode. Letting guests pick the actual table is a nice touch too, that's the part restaurants usually handle by phone. How much did you end up fixing by hand vs prompting?
Thank you for your comment.
We spent almost 5 days on this!
Building Brick & Blend in under 5 days is wild! And I get your point about AI builders looking the same — curious to see how you made this one stand out with Base44. Love the challenge of pushing AI tools to create something with real character!
Thank you! Please watch the video to see a bit of the process 😊

How often do you actually run the manual accessibility checks on your site? And do you have a screen reader installed? People deserve to use your website no matter how they experience the web.
My entry for the Base44 Challenge is Rampa. It walks through your website the way a keyboard and screen reader user would, with AI agents covering the checks that usually fall through the cracks of automated WCAG tools. Using Browserless and Gemini, it also finds images with missing or weak alt text and suggests descriptions that fit the page, in the page's language.
Use it alongside a proper accessibility audit. It's built so builders who think visually can catch more on their own.
Try it on your own site: https://rampa-scan-flow.base44.app
How does your site rank?

Walking a site the way a keyboard and screen reader user would is such a good framing for this. The alt text suggestions in the page's own language is a detail I hadn't seen before. Did Browserless plus Gemini handle the whole scan flow, or did you wire in custom checks too?
