Built an AI system that reads supplier invoices and posts them straight into a dealer management system. No one retypes anything anymore.
The problem: a group of car dealerships was getting hundreds of supplier invoices by email and WhatsApp photos, and staff were keying every line into their DMS by hand.
What I built:
• Email and WhatsApp intake, auto-matched to the right dealership
• AI and vision extraction of vendor, tax details, and line items grouped by vehicle
• Verification and duplicate detection before anything gets posted
• A review dashboard for the few cases that need a human
• Browser automation that posts approved invoices into the DMS
• WhatsApp auto-replies that chase suppliers for missing details
Result: 280+ invoices processed so far, with zero exceptions.
Stack: Python, LLM and vision models, React, Selenium
If your team is still copying data from documents into another system, that's usually very automatable. Happy to take a look at yours.

The WhatsApp auto-replies that chase suppliers for missing details are the piece I like most, since that closes the loop instead of just flagging a gap. How do you decide when a missing field gets an automatic chase versus going to the review dashboard for a person?

Nice work
A law firm was losing good leads because every inquiry sat in an inbox until someone had time to read it.
So I built them a set of AI lead intake agents in Make.com. Each new inquiry is now read by OpenAI, sorted by case type, enriched with Apollo, email-checked with ZeroBounce, logged to Google Sheets and routed to the right attorney. No copy-pasting, no lead left waiting.
This is the kind of work I do: AI automation in Make.com, n8n, Zapier and GoHighLevel, plus the project and operations management that keeps a team's systems running after launch.
If your team is still moving leads or tasks by hand, my services are on my profile. Happy to look at your workflow and tell you what can be automated first.
Clean chain — read, sort by case type, enrich, verify, log, route. No single step is flashy, but together they kill the inbox delay that was losing the leads. One question: when an inquiry doesn't fit a case type cleanly, where does it land? A general queue a person clears, or does the agent take a second pass before routing it?
