So instead, we designed the experience around confidence. Clear scent profiles, intuitive discovery, and a frictionless checkout flow all work together to make “blind buying” feel considered and intentional.
The result is an e-commerce experience that feels less like traditional online shopping, and more like a private consultation with a knowledgeable expert.

You didn’t try to “solve” the limitation, you designed around it. That shift to building confidence instead of just selling products really shows.
Love the “private consultation” feel, that’s exactly what most ecom experiences are missing. :)
