GUACA is a fictional mascot inspired by early 2000s aesthetics, designed as if he were part of a lost era universe. He is a scarlet macaw who serves as the symbolic guardian of Auránia, a mountain city shaped by light, nature, and myth.
Rather than portraying a traditional hero, GUACA represents guidance and memory—an iconic figure that feels like part of the stories a place tells itself. His design explores how a single character can maintain identity across multiple applications without losing clarity or personality.
The project focuses on building a cohesive mascot system across key touchpoints: character poses, 360 view, expression sheet, sticker pack, and logo design. Each element was created to reinforce a consistent visual language rooted in bold shapes, vibrant tropical colors, and nostalgia.

The expression on Fyah is what sells it, that unimpressed squint paired with the flame hair is such a specific personality choice instead of generic mascot cute. What part of the brief pushed you toward attitude over friendliness for this one?
My last minute entry for #RecraftChallenge is GERM.
GERM doesn't have a face, a voice, or any interest in your approval.
He's a bulky, chrome-masked figure who is the mascot behind biggest underground raves known. If you couldn't already tell- neon and black are his favorite. Like the name says: you catch him, and you don't shake him.

All of the designs, videos, sticker and figurine were done inside Recraft using Exploration mode, GPT 2 and Seedance 2.
I did enjoy exploration mode because it helped me set the initial silhouette of him that I sketched out further after.

RORO is a small axolotl-like creature born in the underground world — curious, fearless, and always searching for what lies beyond the next doorway.
Armed with a lantern and endless wonder, RORO travels between dimensions without ever losing itself. That's the whole point.
This is the mascot for RORO — an imaginary t-shirt brand built around one character and infinite worlds.
THE CHARACTER RORO is slate blue with coral-red feathery gills and dark sharp spikes. Slightly mysterious. Slightly mischievous. Completely unafraid. The kind of character you'd recognize on a poster, a sticker, a packaging label, or a tiny thumbnail — and know immediately who it is.
TWO SERIES RORO BRAND:
1. WORLDS — each print places RORO inside a different dimension: ocean depths, crystal caves, alien landscapes, surrealist architecture. The world changes. The character never does.
2. RORO STATES — each print captures RORO mid-adventure: steampunk biker, monster fighter, underground cartographer, volcanic onsen dreamer. One character. Infinite sides.
Together the two series create a brand universe that can expand forever without losing coherence.
Every world has a story.
Such a fun character! I love how you built an entire brand world around one mascot. It feels memorable and full of personality👏
