Everyone recommends Zapier.
I recommend what actually works
in production.
๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฟ is easy.
๐ป๐ด๐ป is powerful.
The difference matters when:
โ Your workflow has real logic
โ Your data is sensitive
โ Your scale makes per-task
pricing painful
โ You need custom code โ
not pre-built connectors
๐ฎ๐ฐ active workflows running.
๐ต๐ด.๐ณ% success rate this month.
๐ญ,๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ณ tasks automated.
Not with Zapier.
With n8n โ custom code nodes,
self-hosted, built for production.
If you want automation that breaks
on edge cases โ use Zapier.
If you want automation that runs
your business permanently โ

What actually shipped across every client this month:
A lead qualification bot, an inbox triage system, a contract automation flow, and a hiring screen different clients, same principle: automate the repetitive part, keep a human on anything that needs judgment.
โ Happy to walk through any of these in more detail.
Seeing the lead qualification bot take the first pass on prospects really frees up the team for deeper conversations. The inbox triage does the same for support tickets, letting agents focus on the tricky cases.
Good structure. The part I would add is a review queue for low-confidence parsing and duplicate records. Ranking is only useful if the recruiter can see why someone matched and correct the data before it becomes the source of truth.
