Built "The Evolution of Todo" from a simple script to a full AI-powered, cloud-native system using Spec-Driven Development with Claude Code.
✅ Phase I – Started with a Python In-Memory Console App
✅ Phase II – Built a Full-Stack Web App (Next.js + FastAPI + Neon DB + Better Auth)
✅ Phase III – Added an AI Chatbot (OpenAI Agents SDK + MCP Server) it can add, delete, update & edit tasks through simple prompts and understands natural language
✅ Phase IV – Deployed locally on Kubernetes (Minikube + Helm Charts)
The rule? No manual code. Write the spec → Claude Code generates the implementation → Refine until it's right.
