Overview
SMASH is a mobile app that brings padel culture into one place — a short-video feed, player matchmaking, ELO rankings, leagues, and tournaments. I took it from a blank Flutter project to a live, monetized app on the App Store, owning the entire product: design, engineering, backend, subscriptions, and App Store launch.
My role
Solo founder & full-stack mobile developer — product, UI/UX, iOS engineering, backend, and release management.
What I built
Short-video feed with autoplay, likes, comments, sharing, and moderation
Matchmaking — find games by level, format (1v1/2v2/4v4), and city
ELO ranking system with server-side calculation and city/level filters
Leagues & tournaments — round-robin fixtures, live standings, auto-crowned winners
Pro subscription — RevenueCat + StoreKit 2, region-localized pricing, "organize = Pro" model
