Project Name- Lead Research and Data Enrichment
Data research project built from a state veterinary licensee roster of 1,200+ active vets. The roster had names, addresses, phone numbers and license numbers, but no contact details.
The goal was to turn that list into outreach-ready leads. For each vet, I researched:
1. Professional email addresses, from clinic sites, directories and verified sources
2. Type of practice: small animal, large animal, equine, mixed or specialist
3. Other states where the vet is licensed
I cross-checked each result against more than one source, such as clinic websites, extension directories and professional association listings. Anything I couldn’t verify was marked “not found” instead of guessed. That kept the list accurate and protected the client’s email sender reputation.
