Built Ivory Dental Studio for the #LovableChallenge 🦷✨
Ivory is a fictional two-chair dental clinic based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, where appointment requests usually come through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and referrals.
The problem I wanted to solve wasn’t simply “online booking.”
It was everything that happens around the booking.
Patients ask for availability. Staff check calendars. Appointments need confirmations and reminders. Patients reschedule. Someone cancels at the last minute, and valuable chair time can go unused.
So I built Ivory, an automated dental booking concierge that takes patients from:
“Can I book?” → “You’re booked.”
Patients can: • choose the reason for their visit • see only valid appointment slots • book without creating an account • receive confirmations and reminders • reschedule or cancel themselves • join a waitlist for an earlier appointment
And my favorite feature is Cancellation Rescue.
When an appointment is cancelled, Ivory automatically checks the waitlist, finds eligible patients, offers the newly available slot, and updates the schedule when someone accepts it.
The goal was simple: reduce the amount of manual work required to keep a small clinic’s schedule full.
Instead of building another calendar, I wanted to build something that behaves more like an automated front desk.
Put out a free version of Ivoire for med spas and skin clinics. My favourite part is the concern picker: tap fine lines, texture or tone and the treatment, sessions, downtime and price all switch over. Free on Framer.

The concern picker is a smart touch for a med spa site: letting visitors start from fine lines, texture or tone rather than a treatment menu matches how people actually search. The calm "Slow down." tone and serif type suit the category well. Nice work.
