I built Super-Setter, an intelligent booking front door for a solo life coach, Rachel Morgan of Next Chapter Coaching out of Austin, TX, who has multiple kinds of people competing for access to the same calendar. Instead of sending different scheduling links for prospects, podcast hosts, partners, media, and existing clients, Rachel shares one link. Super-Setter asks why the visitor is there, routes them to the right workflow, and only shows times that truly fit the way that appointment affects her day.

I built it because traditional schedulers mostly understand empty calendar space, not human capacity. A one-hour podcast interview might also require research, prep, buffers, and recovery, turning that “one-hour meeting” into three hours of real capacity. Super-Setter accounts for those rules automatically while also handling review-before-booking, rescheduling, cancellation, media requests, urgency, and owner controls. The goal was simple: reduce calendar chaos and manual back-and-forth while protecting the owner’s time. Most schedulers know when your calendar is empty. Super-Setter knows when you’re actually available.
