“Joshua, I’m here again with another urgent request. Can you get this done? We have a board meeting in 3 hours.” 👀
The client needed a motion design video showcasing how their software works. They wanted to include it in a proposal, and the deadline was tight.
I said YES. I'm always up for a challenge. 🚀
One thing I've learned from working on motion design is that some opportunities don't give you the luxury of time. You have to deliver quality while working against the clock.
That's one of the reasons I built CREA, my AI-powered motion design software. It helps me handle urgent requests like this and turn product ideas into engaging motion videos in a fraction of the usual time.
Now, here's the result. 👇
What do you think I could have done better? Be honest with your feedback in the comments. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

For this Base44 remake, I explored how thoughtful motion design can make a product feel more intuitive, polished and engaging.
I focused on:
→ highlighting what matters
→ building a visual flow that feels natural
→ using transitions to connect ideas
→ making every movement serve a purpose
Because good product videos don't just show what a product does. They make people want to use it.

TOP!!
I designed and built Encore, a scheduling app for a three-office orthodontic practice, then made its launch film the same way I made the app: from the real thing.
Every screen in the film is the live app, recorded on an iPhone 17 Pro simulator. I built the phones as 3D models in Rive, mapped the recordings onto their displays, and choreographed the camera, a three-phone orbit, and a closing wall of twenty screens on a single Rive timeline. No mockups, no After Effects. Swap a screen or retime a move and the film re-renders.
Nice work!!
