Hey freelancers I'm coming to you now with an important question. A couple of months ago we started with a client a website for their business, the website was built in Framer with a Scroll Media Hero section (Like Apple does on their products), the project was on its final steps and we just needed to get the approval, last payment and wrapping up the project, but about for a month now the client is no where to be seen. In the contract that we signed that means that all rights are kept on my side and I'm planning to remove all branding from that project for me to be able to use it. But here comes my question, should I sell it as a Framer template? Or maybe try to re-sell it to another client on that niche? Or maybe you have any other idea?

Your insights on this would help me a lot.
